Rachel offers powerful sessions to assist her clients in their quest for emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.  However, it is a legal requirement to specify that all sessions are for entertainment purposes only.  Regulations affirm that these sessions cannot be used as substitute for legal and or financial assistance.  They are subject to your own interpretation and any choices or actions which you take based on the content of the session are your own responsibility.  However, please acknowledge that all sessions are "confidential.  Those under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Rachel recommends having no more than one session per week in order for you and your body to fully assimilate all the information and the healing.  Accordingly, if you purchase more than one reading at a time then Rachel will automatically wait 7 days to do your second session.  Rachel frequently gets her sessions completed within the advertised time frame, yet occasionally, due to her travels, she is unable to send services on time.  By purchasing services you understand and accept this.  Any delays are frequently posted on the website. Please remember that all sales are final and prepaid and in Euro Currency. Skype Readings Rachel tends to have a very busy schedule so her time is limited between appointments.  For those clients requesting a Skype session, please make sure you are available at the appointed time.  To ensure you have the correct time. please check Rachel's Time Zone, Irish Standard Time (IST) to make sure you have the correct time.  Any delays will tap into your reading and reduce it accordingly.  Please Email Rachel to let her know if you can’t keep your Skype appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointed time, otherwise it will count as a missed appointment.  Rachel will only wait 5 minutes at your appointment time, after the first missed appointment, you will be allowed to reschedule for the remaining time. Instead of cancelling without a refund, if you miss your appointments, Rachel will now record a message for you from the spirit world and send it to you via a link in the form of a WMA file. Email Readings Email sessions are recorded and sent to you via a link in the form of a WMA file.  Make sure that your computer is set up to listen to WMA files, windows Media Player can play WMA Files.  Once Rachel has completed your reading and if you are unable to open the file on your computer then she will copy the recorded reading on a CD and ship it to you.  Please contact Rachel for more details regarding this option. Rachel's sessions are very detailed and do not include a follow up session or more questions after.  Please feel free to email us your thoughts/feelings on your session; we love to hear from you.   A Question reading Please email your questions as soon as possible to info@magicalwhispers.com or rachel@magicalwhispers.com, with a suitable email title (type of session) and list below this and any information that you feel is relevant for your personal session.  This approach helps staff to recognize the nature of your email and allows them to forward it to Rachel without having to read your personal information.  We truly want to respect your privacy at all times.  If you need to send more information, change any of your questions, or make updates to the information already sent for your session, please resend all the information needed, with the added information and title your email as ‘Updated Session Information’.  Furthermore, questions should be specific and not contain questions within your question.  If you don't have specific questions, then a Message from the Spirit Realm is recommended. Regarding Your Reading Rachel doesn't need any background information to successfully connect to the situation you are asking about.  If you desire to send extra information, that's great; but we ask that you limit your email to less than 600 words. Readings are usually done within 5 working days (sometimes longer depending on demand), check Rachel’s calendar for availabilities and updates.  Please be patient, Rachel will do your session as soon as she can.  Please make sure to contact us, if you haven't heard from us after 6 working days.
